As you are aware, Coronavirus continues to dominate the news. We are carefully monitoring the situation but until we are told otherwise, we will carry on with our business as usual.
However, we do want to update you with some of the measures put in place to help protect customers and staff, whilst still ensuring high levels of service.
We have briefed our teams on the need to change some working practices. This includes increased monitoring of personal hygiene, disinfecting regularly used surfaces, maintaining distance in client interactions and a raised focus on personal protective equipment.
Should any customer need to visit our offices, we would be grateful if you can inform us in advance so that we can plan accordingly.
